Yes registration and using this service is completely free. If you want to register go here and fulfil the registration form. You will need only few seconds to do this.

What do I need before I get started?
Well you will need your own webpage or your personal blog which allows you to post Javascript code. If you want to earn a commission from displaying this ads you will also need ClickBank username. If you don't have it yet go here and create one it's free.
3. Where I can show this ads?
As mention before you can show this ads anywhere where you can post Javascript code. If you have your own webpage then you have all what you need for displaying this ads.
4. Is there any limitation of how many ads I can create and use on my page?
No there are no limits. You can create and use as many different ads as you want.
5. Is designing of a new ad too complicate for me?
Absolutely not! Designing of your new ad is very simple. You will just need to go through 3 easy steps and select ad size, ad category, ad colors and you are done. More about that you can see here.

7. What's the difference betwen basic and advanced account?
In the beginning you will get basic account, which means that you will have our text link at the top of every ad you create. This also mean that first 3 daily visitors "see" ad with our affiliate code. So if one of those 3 visitors buy specific product from your ad commission belong to us. After that ads will be displayed with your affiliate code into it so if visitor buy specific product you will get the commission.
Advanced account offers you a lot of benefits such as: ads with our affiliate links are no longer display on your site. You can even change text and link on the top of the ad and much more. This mean more money for you and even more personalized ads. Read next answer about how you can earn advanced account.
8. How can I earn an advanced account?
All what you have to do this is refer 5 or more new clients to our service. Every ad which you will create will contain your unique link to us so with displaying our ads you also refering new users into our service.
9. Can I see how many visitors see an ad on my page and how many users click on ad?
Of course you will have real time statistic inside.
